Terms & Conditions — Devs Host
Effective date: August 5, 2025
1) Agreement
By accessing devs.host or using Devs Host, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using Devs Host for a company, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that company.
2) Service description
Devs Host provides tools that detect new comments on your connected Facebook Page/Instagram account and send a single private reply (DM) with content you configure (e.g., a link), subject to platform limits and policies.
3) Accounts & access
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any suspected compromise. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
violate any laws or third-party rights;
send spam or unsolicited messages;
use the service to harass, mislead, or distribute harmful content or malware;
attempt to bypass platform rules or rate limits;
reverse engineer or abuse our APIs/infrastructure.
5) Platform compliance
Your use must comply with all applicable platform terms (e.g., Meta/Facebook/Instagram terms). You’re responsible for ensuring your automated replies follow platform policies (including “one private reply per comment” and timing windows). We may suspend or terminate accounts that cause policy violations or risk.
6) Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or configure. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the service (operate, secure, and improve features). You represent you have the rights to provide and automate that content.
7) Plans, fees & taxes
If you choose a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any overage per your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.
8) Service changes & availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service depends on third-party platforms and their APIs; if those change or go down, parts of the service may be impacted. We’re not liable for outages or platform decisions outside our control.
9) Beta features
We may label features as “Beta,” “Preview,” or similar. They’re provided “as is,” may change, and may be subject to additional terms.
10) Termination
You can cancel at any time in your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, risk to the platform, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination we’ll stop providing the service and delete or anonymize data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devs Host and its affiliates won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business; and our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you used the free plan).
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devs Host from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or platform policies.
14) Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Choose one: courts located in City/State OR binding arbitration under (rules)]. You and Devs Host consent to that exclusive venue.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you (email or in-app) and the changes will take effect on the date stated.
